Last cycle I panic sold my ETH stack at 1847 when it dipped hard, convinced the bear was permanent, then watched it climb to 4800 while I sat in stables kicking myself. That taught me discipline costs nothing compared to the cost of emotional exits. Never again means I have a plan and I execute it, not react to noise.
