Kupr Terms of Use

Welcome to Kupr (“Kupr”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Kupr is a crypto-focused social platform that enables users to create profiles, publish content, join communities, and access marketplace features and promotional tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility and Account

 
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Kupr.

 
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

 
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

2) Community Rules and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes (without limitation):

 
• Posting or promoting scams, phishing, impersonation, malware, or deceptive links.

 
• Requesting or sharing seed phrases, private keys, recovery codes, or other sensitive credentials.

 
• Manipulating engagement (spam, botting, artificial boosting, coordinated inauthentic behavior).

 
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or unlawful content.

 
• Posting financial “guarantees”, insider information claims, or misleading investment promises.

 
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or interfere with platform operations.

We may remove content, limit distribution, suspend features, or terminate accounts at our discretion to protect users and the platform.

3) Content You Post (User Content)

You retain ownership of content you submit, publish, or display on Kupr (“User Content”).
By posting User Content, you grant Kupr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, distribute, and make your User Content available solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

You represent that you have the rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate any law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

4) Marketplace, Store, and Payments

Kupr may allow users to list and purchase services or digital products via the marketplace/store (“Marketplace”).
Kupr is not the seller of user-listed items unless explicitly stated. You understand that Marketplace transactions may involve third-party sellers and payment processors.

 
• Seller responsibility: Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws.

 
• Buyer responsibility: Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully and understanding what is being purchased.

 
• Prohibited listings: We prohibit listings related to seed phrases/private keys, account sales, KYC sales, hacking tools, phishing kits, “guaranteed profit” products, and any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

 
• Disputes: Disputes may be handled by Kupr policies and/or the payment processor’s chargeback and dispute processes.

5) Promotions, Boosts, and Featured Placement

Kupr may offer paid or subscription-based features such as post boosts, page promotions, or featured placements (“Promotions”).
Promotions do not guarantee performance, reach, sales, followers, or engagement. Kupr may adjust the delivery of Promotions to maintain platform integrity and user safety.

6) Verification and Badges

Kupr may offer verification for accounts, pages, or projects (“Verification”).
Verification indicates that Kupr has performed limited checks at a point in time and does not constitute endorsement, investment advice, or a guarantee of legitimacy or future performance.
Kupr may revoke Verification at any time.

7) Crypto Disclaimers (No Financial Advice)

Content on Kupr is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Crypto assets are volatile and risky. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, risk management, and compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.

8) Intellectual Property

The Services, including logos, designs, software, and branding (excluding User Content), are owned by Kupr or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without permission.

9) Moderation, Enforcement, and Reporting

We may (but are not obligated to) monitor content and activity. We may remove content or restrict accounts for any reason, including to enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect users.
You can report abuse, scams, and policy violations through the platform reporting tools.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal compliance.

11) Service Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kupr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kupr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Kupr’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Kupr in the past 3 months (or USD 50 if none), whichever is greater.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kupr and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of İzmir Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
