YouTube Vanced was a well-liked modded version of YouTube that included ad-blocking, background playback, and dark mode. The project, though, is no longer being supported, so downloading it is a little more complicated. In order to install YouTube Vanced, you will need to download Vanced Manager from a safe source such as vancedapp.com (watch out for the fake websites). Once you have installed Vanced Manager, you can download YouTube Vanced and MicroG, the latter of which is needed for signing in. If YouTube Vanced is not available, options such as Revanced provide the same functionality. Always check sources to prevent malware and keep current with community forums for the most recent methods.
