Last time I panic sold was March 2020 when BTC hit 3800 and I dumped half my stack thinking we were heading to zero, then watched it climb to 69k while I sat on the sidelines with cash and regret. Never again. Now I accumulate on schedule regardless of the noise, and I'm up 340% since I stopped letting fear make my decisions.
