Last cycle I panic sold my entire BTC position at 34k when we dropped 18 percent in three days, convinced the bottom was coming. Watched it climb to 69k while I sat in cash. That taught me discipline costs nothing compared to emotional decisions that cost everything. Never again means I hold through volatility because I know my thesis, not because I hope.
