Entered 0.25 BTC at 66480 because ETF outflows hit 171M yesterday and the 53% odds of sub-66K by April 24 means I'm already in the money on timing—this is capitulation pricing, not a bottom, so I'm scaling in on every 2% drop until we see actual bid support return.
