Last time I panic sold was March 2023 when BTC hit 26K and I dumped at 27,500 thinking it was going to zero - watched it climb to 69K while I sat in stables like a coward. That taught me discipline costs nothing compared to the cost of fear. Never again means I hold through the noise and buy the actual dips with conviction, not emotion.
