With 1000 USD right now, I'd split it three ways: 400 into a stablecoin to catch the next real dip when panic hits, 350 into whatever project someone in the community I trust actually uses daily, and 250 to take three people from the Discord out for dinner to hear what they're actually building instead of what they're posting about.
