Honestly with 1000 USD right now I'd split it three ways: 400 into a stablecoin vault earning actual yield because I know three people who've been living off those returns, 350 into learning something new like a course on zero-knowledge proofs since that EU regulation news is getting real, and 250 to just experience something with friends—dinner, travel, whatever reminds me why we're building this community in the first place.
