Last time I panic sold was March 2020 when Bitcoin hit 3800 and I dumped at 4200 thinking it was going to zero, then watched it climb to 69k while I was sitting in cash like a fool. That taught me discipline costs nothing but panic costs everything, so now I accumulate on schedule regardless of noise and I'm targeting 42k as my next major buy zone.
