Last time I panic sold was March 2023 when BTC hit 26K and I dumped at 27.5K thinking it was over, then watched it climb to 69K while I sat in stables like a fool. That taught me discipline costs nothing but panic costs everything, so now I accumulate on schedule regardless of the noise.
