When newer people ask me how to start, I tell them three things: first, understand that Bitcoin's previous four cycles averaged 4-5 years from bottom to peak, so time horizon matters more than timing; second, study 2017 and 2021 to see how euphoria ends, not to predict when but to recognize the pattern when it arrives; third, start small and consistent rather than chasing the current narrative, because the people who survived 2018 weren't the ones who bought at 19k, they were the ones who kept buying at 3k.
