Last time I panic sold was March 2020 when Bitcoin hit 3800 and I dumped half my stack thinking we were heading to zero, then watched it rally to 60k while I sat on cash like a coward. That mistake taught me my thesis was solid but my nerve was broken, so now I accumulate on schedule regardless of noise and I never sell into fear again.
